EASY AND QUICK ALL NATURAL FACE MASKS- BY KETHRIN BE

It's the end of the month and we are sad to wave bye to our beloved Kethrin. She knows so much about all natural beauty hacks, we wish we had more time with her so we could learn a fracture of what she knows. You never know tho', there could always be a few more posts inspired by Kethrin, as her and Zsanett are close friends and spend loads of precious time together. So keep your eyes peeled, we may just surprise you! ;)

NATURAL SKINCARE FAN

So many times I have tried face masks that were either not good enough for the price or way too artificial for me to keep on using them.

You’d be surprised to know the things you can do just by opening your kitchen cupboard.

Kethrin has collected her top two go to masks when it comes to skin concerns, because although there are many different skin types, you can always mix and match from these two key masks according to your specific needs. So here we go:

KETHRIN'S FACE MASK FOR DRY SKIN

  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (hydrating, disinfects and soothes dry dehydrated skin)

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (moisturises dry, patchy skin)

  • Honey - 2 tablespoons

  • Egg white - 1 egg white (rich in antioxidants, anti-ageing, soothing, antibacterial )

  • Optional 3 drops of lavender essential oil ( great to clarify and hydrate )

How to Use:

Mix into a bowl and apply for 20 min on wet clean skin. Wash and pat dry, then apply rose water to tone and follow with coconut oil to moisturise.

FOR OILY SKIN

  • Lemon - 1 tablespoon (antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, rich in vitamin C and citric acid acts like a peel, it also controls oil production)

  • Turmeric - 1 teaspoon (reduces scarring and sebum production, disinfects and tightens skin, antibacterial and controls blemishes)

  • 1 Egg white (tightens pores, brightens skin and it's got Vitamin A)

How to use:

Mix into a bowl and apply on a clean-scrubbed face. Keep the mask on for 15 minutes then wash and pat dry. Apply coconut oil to moisturise.

See? Simple! If there are any concerns or questions, don't be afraid to fire them our way!
