It's supposed to be spring but over here in London we not seeing any of it.
In this horrible weather, you might like something to keep not only the skin on your face moisturized but also your body! I don't know about you but I like to take time after my morning shower to pamper my body. During the cold months, I always suffer from very dry skin, especially on my legs. My boyfriend's hairy legs don't need any looking after. Lucky him! Nevermind, because I recently started using some lovely scented body oils, and it's safe to say, I'm a bit addicted now. As well as these great body oils, below I'll also introduce you to a brand new product from REN and an amazing souffle I just discovered.

1. Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour All-Over Miracle Oil

This is actually a travel size oil which I had bought at the airport, which is great. It's not only for your face and body, you can also use it to tame frizzy hair and little flyaways. A little goes a long way and I find the oil light and silky and it applies very easily to my body. Get the100ml bottle for £29 here

2. REN Atlantic Kelp And Microalgae Anti-Fatigue Toning Body Oil

We girls are big fans of the brand REN and all got to try out their body oil from the Atlantic Kelp range. This is an oil I like to use after I've done a workout, it applies very easily the smell helps me relax. It's supposed to "aid in relaxation, whilst relieving muscle aches thanks to the aromatherapy properties of REN’s anti-fatigue essential oils." Formulated with a magnesium-rich kelp extract, omega 6 and 9, the body oil should help to lock in moisture and keep skin smooth.

3. Lola's Apothecary body & massage oil

Sweet Lullaby Perfume Oil Deluxe Roll-on

This product is just AMAZING! We recently received some goodies from Lola's Apothecary and one of them was this lovely 'Sweet Lullaby' scented pocket fragrance that comes in a small glass bottle. I actually store it on my bedside table and have started massaging the oil on my temples and wrist every night before I go to sleep. Sometimes I also attack my boyfriend with it (he secretly loves it!) I totally adore the scent, "its sweetness comes from vanilla and sweet orange, grounded by patchouli, with spicy ylang ylang wrapping an exotic comfort blanket around French lavender."

5. Lola's Apothecary

Another top product is this "Sweet Lullaby" body souffle!
Oh my, this is the best scent I have ever smelled! If you want to have a home spa experience then this is the product to go for. This souffle is one of two that Lola's make and it totally does what it says. "Designed to melt on your skin, enveloping you in a fragrant cloud of aromatherapy while the nourishing goodness sinks in." Don't think I need to add anything more as Lola's descriptions are totally on point. Oh wait, very important, the texture is richer than a body lotion but definitely feels much lighter than a body butter. And remember a little goes a long way! This 200ml for £35 will last you a long time. Buy it here

6. REN -

AHA Smart Renewal Body Serum

We recently got introduced to this brand new product at a Press Event of REN's lovely PR Agency "Little Light PR". This big orange bottle has lots of great benefits. First of all its a light textured body serum which is rich in Lactic Acid and Xylitol. "The Lactic Acid gently exfoliates, aiding skin's natural cell renewal process and helps to even out pigmentation and skin tone." Sounds amazing, doesn't it? I didn't really expect a serum to look like a body cream and I thought its texture would be way thinner like a face serum. I have only used it twice so far but from what I have experienced its texture reminds me of a gel cream, which is easy to apply. It smells lovely of citrus fruits, which makes me think of warm weather and sunshine. (Perfect for this miserable Spring we having) I can't wait to use it more regularly to see the difference in my skin texture and smoothness. 200ml £35, get your AHA Body Serum here.

7. KINN Organic body oil

I use this organic body oil by KINN when I feel like my skin is in need of something extra. Only 3 weeks ago I came back from 2 months in Cape Town, where I was exposed to strong UV light every day. Once I returned to the UK I could tell that my body needed something more nourishing than just some body lotion. So, this little bottle also goes a long way, the oil is actually heavier than the other oils above and great for the cold winter months when your skin can become extremely dry. It deeply nourishes and revives the skin. Even in the evenings, I can tell that my skin is still feeling super soft. "KINN'S ingredients are all plant-based, eco-friendly, non-toxic, natural, organic, not tested on animals and vegan-friendly. Their products are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS/SLES, synthetic fragrances, PEGs, petrochemicals, propylene glycol, colourants." A BIG PLUS - the packaging is RECYCLABLE and made in Britain! Literally, everything we LOVE. Thumbs up for KINN! Find it here for £22

8. Aromatherapy Associates

Last but not least this DE-STRESS Bath & Shower oil is my all time favourite. This is not an oil for nourishing your skin, its more like a luxurious massage oil, often used at Spa's and Hotels etc. I first got introduced to Aromatherapy Associates when I was at a lovely Spa in the English countryside. After I had an absolutely amazing massage there I went straight up to their front desk and bought a bottle of it! I normally pour half a cup into my bath, which is more than enough and it will last you much longer if used sparingly. This oil gives you the absolute best home spa experience. Believe me, your whole space will smell of this gorgeous and luxurious oil and after bathing in it you will honestly feel super relaxed and your muscles much softer. Buy it here Enjoy!
