SARA FOR REVLON
My very last job of 2016 was this promotion video for Revlon, and their ColorStay foundation. The foundation comes in 31 shades, and Revlon wanted to use this video to show of this wide range. We were therefor a lot of models on the shoot, 16 girls in total!
The reason I even knew that the video was up online already was because it popped up as a sponsored post on my Instagram feed, how funny :P
As the whole point with this shoot was to show of the range of foundation shades, we all needed to have very natural and simple makeup. As you can see in this rather serious selfie of me, we didn't really have much else on our face than just the foundation. Only a tiny bit of mascara, lip balm, and they also defined my blonde eyebrows a bit.
On the day of the shoot we all filmed our little clip in the same order as it would be in the video. For once I wasn't the palest person there, and was given shade number 2 :P When there are 16 models on a shoot, it is naturally going to be a lot of waiting around. However on this shoot I ended up being the very first person to finish, and got to go home only about 2 hours after arriving at the job. This is not something that happens very often, but I was very pleased of course :) The timing for me to get a short day at work was perfect, as I had an exam 2 days later and desperately needed to get home to my books! It's great how things works out sometimes!
