GLUTE EXERCISE AT HOME
Hey Fitness addicts :) Today, I'm going to show you an exercise focused on your butt, easy to do with no equipment !
One of my loyal companion will be a part of this fitness post ;) Icety loves lying down on the mat !
We all have a specific metabolism so our bodies are reacting differently. For my part, it's hard to find an exercise which will develop only my butt and not my legs at the same time. As a model, I want to get a tone body and have slim legs and not too muscled ! For a good result, the best is to work with light weights or with the bodyweight.
Repeat this exercise at least 3 times every week with 20 reps for each leg * 4 sets. For the position, it's better to put your weight on your forearms like the example in the video, less painful for your back (because you are not arching your spine, so if you want to avoid back's problem which could appear later, privilege this position) but if you feel more comfortable, you can put your weight on flat hands with straight arms (picture).
Don't give up before Christmas ! It's only a short and easy exercise which will make the difference if you repeat it regularly. Sportingly, Margot :) xx
