Try this healthy whole grain chicken wrap! :)
Ingredients per portion:
1 Chicken thighs
1 Wholemeal tortilla wrap
Half a Pepper
Half an Avocado
Some lime juice
This is what you do:
1. Roast the chicken with some of your favourite spices - if you want to keep it really healthy then don't add any oil etc to the chicken. It will still go nice and juicy :) Take the meat off the bones and put it in the wrap.
2. Chop up the vegetables and add it to your wrap
3. Squeeze some lime over all the ingredients, roll it up and enjoy your meal!
