Today we want to show you one of our favourite healthy snacks, that you can easily carry with you in your bag so you won’t binge in case hunger strikes!
-1 cup (dry) oatmeal (We used old-fashioned oats)
-2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup ground flax seed
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
-1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
-1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Just stir all of those ingredients together until combined, then let the mixture cool in the fridge for about 30 mins, then form little 1 inch balls out of them. That`s it, very easy and super yummy.
